2. Subscription and Payment

Sabr operates on a subscription-based model with a monthly subscription and offers a 7-day free trial for new users.

A. Subscription Process

– Subscriptions are billed automatically through Apple’s in-app purchase system once the free trial period ends.
– Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of the purchase.
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

B. Managing Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Choose Sabr from the list.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription to prevent renewal.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Apple, and we do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be handled through Apple’s App Store.

To request a refund:
1. Visit Apple’s refund request page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Select Sabr and choose the reason for your refund request.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

Apple will review refund requests based on their App Store refund policy. We recommend contacting Apple Support if you need further assistance.

4. Free Trial Terms

– The 7-day free trial allows new users to explore the app before committing to a subscription.
– If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the monthly subscription.
– Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple’s Subscriptions settings if you do not wish to continue.

5. Third-Party Services

Although we do not collect personal data, Sabr may integrate with third-party services for essential functionality:

– Apple App Store – Handles all payment transactions and subscription management.
– Apple Analytics (if enabled by the user) – Helps us improve performance but does not collect identifiable user data.

Any data handled by third parties is subject to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Security

Since we do not collect, store, or process user data, there is no risk of your personal information being compromised. However, we recommend reviewing Apple’s security policies for in-app purchases and subscription management.
